The Administrator Welcome Page displays the status of daily operations. This page is constantly updated as users log in and out and transcription jobs are processed.

An Administrator can perform system setup, print reports, generate billing, modify the schedule, or simply watch the status change through the day from the Welcome Page.

Notices

Notices work just like email and can be sent to individuals, groups of users, and end users. New notices are displayed within seconds, allowing virtually real-time communication.

Notices provide secure communication between you, your staff, and your customers and mimimizes the need for phone calls and faxes. 

Schedule

WebScriber provides easy management of staff scheduling making it simple to ensure staff coverage. At a glance, you can be assured that your staff is doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing.

The Calendar on the Welcome Page displays the working status of your staff by their User ID.

By clicking the arrows at the top of the schedule, you can easily scroll through previous or future months.

  • Users scheduled to work display in blue.
  • Users scheduled out display as strikethrough.
  • Users currently logged in display in green.
  • Users scheduled out but logged in display in red.

At a glance, you can see work status. Quick lists are displayed on the Welcome Page and updated in real time.

Jobs Marked for Review (QA)

Line Counting

WebScriber allows you to define a billable and payable line.  The definition for line counting is very flexible and can be defined for a facility or an Author.

Line counts are generated for each transcribed document when transcription is complete.

Notes

WebScriber has a feature for entering "Notes." Notes are specific for a facility. This feature allows you to enter any pertinent instructions for that facility and/or its' authors. When a transcriptionist is logged in, they can pull up those notes while transcribing. This feature saves hours of training time.

Reports

WebScriber's reporting feature allows you to run detailed and summary reports for Billing, Payroll, Productivity, and Turnaround Time.

The Billing Detail Report, for example, provides the Line Count and Charge Amount for each transcribed document

Workgroups

Workgroup setup has never been easier. WebScriber allows workgroups to be set up by simply assigning the Facility, Author(s), Document Type(s).

Workgroups are assigned to a user by simply selecting from the list of all workgroups.

Voice Capture

WebScriber also supports voice files from digital handheld dictation devices and telephony systems. WebScriber's voice player streamlines the voice files and plays them for the transcriptionist crystal-clear in MP3 format.
