WebScriber clients can offer their customers the ability to have instant access to their documentation upon completion.

Customers can review, edit, batch print their documents, and easily search for previous reports.

Access can be set up for individual authors, or for a Facility Administrator who handles documentation for multiple authors.

The Author Welcome Page displays Notices sent to the author and the status of their dictations.

The author can see, at a glance, what has been dictated but not transcribed, and what has been completed and is ready to print.

Notices

Notices work just like email and allow for easy communication with Authors and Facility Administrators.

The need for time-consuming phone calls is dramatically reduced with the Notices feature.
