The editor also provides bookmarks, which enable the transcriptionist to maneuver from one heading to another within a document using hot keys.

Report Search

WebScriber also allows a transcriptionist to search previous reports at the click of a button. Reports can be searched for by author, document type, or patient name.

Notes

A transcriptionist has access to notes and instructions that are specific per facility at the click of a button, saving hours of training time.

Productivity

WebScriber tracks transcription productivity. Upon completion of a document, a Transcriptionist sees the line count and time it took, which is cumulative for the entire session.

Transcription staff can easily pull up a Productivity Report for one day or a range of dates.
